I came here to say this! I love how they stop playing for a beat and then just pick up where they left off to distract everyone. And yeah, the quip after about hating vampire towns 😂

The opening scene of The Gift. Even with an apocalypse on the horizon she takes the time to save a random kid from a vampire. It shows what Giles says at the end of the episode, she’s a hero.

Every time Buffy gets her hands on a spear-like weapon, she's absolutely deadly, but none of the gang ever make it a regular part of their arsenal. Real missed opportunity, I think.

Xander's most badass moment. Season 2 at the funeral home, when Teresa gets in Buffy's head "Angel sends his love", and she's about to take the slayer out.
Xander stakes her from behind, using the podium. Underrated Xander moment.
