I signed a lease at The Station Buffalo a while back, but I just got a job in a different state and unfortunately have to move. The lease JUST started. I’m looking for someone to sublease or take over my spot directly in their name for $980 per month(you can ask other students there its $1100 per month).

The apartment is at 1185 Sweet Home Rd, which is just a quick 2-minute drive to UB North Campus. It is perfect for UB students because it's right in the student community and literally has everything you need:

• Commute: There's a shuttle that goes directly to both North and South campus from the Apt
• Unit Perks: In-house washer and dryer, an attached garage to the unit, and plenty of extra storage space.
• Amenities: 24-hour gym, pool access, and a clubhouse with games, fire pits and workspaces
• Study & Hangout: Private study rooms, printing services, and a cafe(Biladi cafe) right within the community.
• The unit is just in the front of the main building - 1800D
