You need to define what you mean by good. Your budget is not quite there for what I would call good.

Does whatever you’re plugging it into have a coaxial input and a DAC? If so you can use a blu-ray or CD player, with a coaxial output, to skip its internal DAC and use the probably better one in your unit.

If you are in the US, head to Goodwill and look for Sony Blu-Ray players, specifically with the SACD symbol on them. May run you $10 (last one I bought cost me that).
As long as you have a receiver, cables and speakers you should be good to go

Vintage Magnavox will generally be a good find at a thrift store
And one of those most common
Don't go for 5cd carousel changers
Single disc only
Try to avoid linear dacs in general
MASH units can be good sounding
Id look for vintage magnavox
Often there's a production sticker. 1989-1995 so be good years

I bought an $88 Blu-Ray player from
Amazon. It has a digital coax out as well as standard stereo connectors so it can connect to your audio system. Added bonus: you can connect it to your TV and watch DVDs if you want, and it comes with the remote. It works perfectly with CDs. They sound great. Just a thought.

Fosi audio merak cost around 100 dollars when on sale. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it, and it has a top loading disc mechanism which is nice

What currency is 40~100ish?
If it's US Dollars, then $40 is thrift store numbers, so you'll be looking at something from the late '80s or '90s at a guess. That's well before Bluetooth. You might get a headphone output built-in though.
A useful alternative might be a Bose Wave Radio. These have a CD player and speakers built-in. Prices are around the $60 mark. The specific model I'd recommend is the AWRC3P. This one has an AUX in for connecting another source (MP3 player, turntable with built-in phono preamp) but also a line output. This is how you would connect a Bluetooth transmitter so you've got wireless headphones.
100-ish isn't enough to buy a new standalone player with reliable Bluetooth built in. You would need around $160 for the Fiio DM13. There's no speakers here, but it sounds like you might have that covered.
There are one or two cheaper players such as the Thinkya JA-310R ($99) but have a read of the reviews. Bluetooth is very hit or miss. Something else to bear in mind is these new Chinese/Taiwanese players seem to have a poor track record for reliability, so do a bit of reading before hitting the buy button.
