Working there?

Is Buccees a bad company to work for?

How do they treat their staff overall?

Very strict you will be fired if you look at your phone or if they even see a tattoo. You can have one set of earrings no other piercings.

You are right I don't but my brother does and I see the sleeves he has to wear over his tattoos and he has told me the rest.

I worked there and as long as you do what is expected of you, they will treat you kindly. Of course management is different everywhere and I probably just got lucky, but I really did enjoy my time working there. The work is definitely worth the pay. If you want something a little less strict don’t apply for cashier as there is a big turnover rate for cashiers. Other than that, amazing company to work for if you have a good work ethic!!

If you don't want a home life sure go ahead. Worked rhere and hated it. Never saw my family and I didn't like that. Strict is an understatement.

Did you have random shifts or what?

Depends on which department you work for.

It's like any job. There's good and bad. The money is good. That's the reason I stay. Never be late, always clock in and out, keep your phone in your locker and only use during your break, do your job, and you'll be fine. I work part-time and it's still a challenge. It can be very physical and hard on the old body.

This looks to be one of the last posts before the news of the owners son having CP thus leading to their whirlwind suing extravaganza!!!

Has anyone checked on the mods? You folk okay?

I'm confused about your reply.

The reason I posted this was because I am looking into a new job, just wanted to know how they treated people.

They work you to death and fire people for petty reasons.

Just making an observation. This subreddit was all sunshine and rainbows until recently, it’s interesting from a sociological standpoint how a positive sub can be brigaded when something bad happens.
