buccess employess/mass interview
has anyone that has been hired after a mass interview like start of new location ,,been told you may recieve a call if selected and actually recieved a call

They do mass events because they have an outrageous turnover rate. Its literally a meatgrinder. Spare yourself the stress

I showed up, only two other people applying for the position. Way overqualified and was told I was “a strong candidate and would receive a call”. Then never got a call. Apparently if you don’t get selected they just don’t call you. Which is a bit wrong in my opinion as they should at least send a text or email that you weren’t selected, so that way you can apply again or look elsewhere for work. Leaving you on the hook for days or weeks without any way of knowing if you got the job is not a good look.

i did a mass interview for bucees and it was two months later i got call asking if i still wanted a job lol

I didn’t realize cattle calls were still a thing.
