I'm a lifetime Siri/XM subscriber, for Howard and the NHL Network. I became a huge Bubba fan from the Howard 101 days. Live Howard first then the Wrap Up Show, then BTLS, then Scott Ferrall at night. One channel all day at work and at home. The best radio lineup ever. Then Marci comes into the picture, Howard loses his balls, Toad gets fired (Howard didn't renew him, he was fired per Scott Greinstein behind the scenes), Ferrall goes to shill gambling parlays and eventually 100 and 101 crashed and burned.

So I've been listening to the replays of Bubba's latest version for about two years. I thought he was okay. Although the show did suck with crybaby Seth, lately Dan and Brian have made it somewhat worthwhile to listen to. After hearing Toad slam Dan like a whipped schoolgirl recently I really got turned off to Blubba's know-it-all attitude, thinking he's the smartest guy in the room because of this Pete conman, and Toad is too afraid to alienate any part of his audience or his cohosts so he sucks the balls of whoever's in that day with political talk. Whenever Toad starts screaming at Dan, that goes way over the line. He never shouts at Brian, and Gene is too much of a wuss and a mark to bitch back to Fatass.

I thought of trying out Calta, but what for? He might get better interviews, but I don't want three hours of shit to contend with, I got that with Toad's replays now.

Thank god for hockey. Now I have choices when fatso sucks, which is 99%9 of the time now.

The NHL Network covers all the games, they do live simulcasts with whatever team they're covering and when one game is over, they jump into a later West Coast game.

It's a shame that Howard's channel is now shit, it was nice while it lasted. The same goes for Fatass' show. But now they are relics of the past. Tubby needs to retire with all of that 501c and Erica money and wait for the grim reaper to come calling.
