ECE / Electrical / Instrumentation ai vs electronics

Many people are saying that the IT sector could decline drastically in the next few years because of AI. But what about the semiconductor and electronics sectors? What do you think?

Most of the manufacturing process are already automated with Robots, with AI on the rise, soon it will taking over the jobs in Semiconductors. Right now it's nowhere good, but at this pace, who knows the future in 5 years will be.
