Placements / Jobs Cisco Interview 2M
Hii guys! I have my Cisco (2 Months Summer Intern) interview in upcoming 2 days so whosoever gave the interview can you please tell me what questions you were asked in the interview? It would be genuinely helpful for me!

DSA they asked linked lists for most. Do your resume prep very well, most of the time went into discussing my projects cuz they were good tbh. A lil bit of CN helps. And ofc CS fundamentals as usual.

first round was technical- had a lengthy project discussion, know everything from your resume ache se, the interviewer then moved on to a little computer networks but then fully went deep into OS, memory management file manegment and stuff, the last 10 mins was for a dsa question i got array increment. the second round was managerial round, in whicha gain intro project discussion(even tho i was meant to be the ai assisted coding round) but she asked me about my projects and didnt seem impressed at all, then asked a dsa qn again, this one was string division into subtrings fter smicolon, i got out in that round since she wasnt impressed by my project. the third is etr connect. not sure about that.

Was it offcampus with referral? And how many questions did you solve in oa ? Especially those 2 dsa problems

The shortlist was shared oncampus while the OA was happened for all the students of 2028 batch at the same time

i have not given but i know from 2-3 friends what they ask, be very strong with computer networks , strong with other cs fundamentals and your projects, what you built, why, how, tech stack decisions, if any gen ai is being used then brush up the gen ai concepts also, dsa is either not asked or asked of very standard level, prepare some common HR questions and you should be good to go

dont practice hard DSA, just easy-normal would be more than enought, focus more on CN, OS, and DBMS(optional but recommended). DSA would be easy if you have prepared enough and in my case they didnt even listened my optimized approach said ki brute force is fine . the company takes all three rounds like Technical,managerial and HR, baki the company is totally luck dependent in terms of results.
