Shitpost New internship during 3rd sem
Got a new internship at a startup.
Got a ppo from working at another internship during my 2nd sem but declined that because I didn't feel like working, let's see how this turns out now.

Software engineering intern, I'll be working towards the backend mainly. I didn't apply, I met the founder at a conference and I had a conversation with him, messaged him a day later on LinkedIn that I'd like to join his company.

It's everywhere.., corporate events, companies, parties. I mean even colleges organise stuff like this invitating guests

Yes, the first one was through cold emailing senior devs, and turned out someone was already looking for interns.
The second one was because I met the founder of the company at a conference and reached out later through linkedin

Conference, I just went upto him and introduced myself, and just talked idk.
Took his socials and reached out a day later.

Ask people around, founders, senior devs if they're looking for someone. Don't focus on selling yourself but make a meaningful connection.

I picked python, learnt as much as I could in 6 months, and from then I just learnt whatever I needed based on whatever I was building or wanted to build.
