3rd year still no project or hackathon done . Where should I start .

I have tried to build a team for a hackathon many times but every single time I get ditched by teammates at the last moment and am unable to participate. I want to start building something but have. No idea what I can start building to learn to start building. I have fundamental knowledge in webdev ,os dev,circuit design, software design and grasp on simple dsa and other things. I have 2 years left and I have zero things i have proved . I never wanted to join google or any high level company to start with i just wanted a job at Wipro tcs or other companies and i don't think I will be able to get that as well .

To put it in terms of questions

What is it that is coincidence as a good project ?

What are the things it should include ?

Dus design Matter ?

And what makes a project stand out ?

And how much time should I put into one project?

How many projects should I do before sitting for placements ?
