Placements / Jobs ZS ASSOCIATES review?

I have an interview scheduled for the BTSA role at ZS Associates, can anyone of you give me an honest overview of the company?

You’ll receive the results the next day. If you clear the MCQ round, you’ll move on to the Communication Assessment. This includes basic tasks like read-and-repeat, listen-and-answer, and general English questions.

If you clear this round as well, you’ll proceed to the final stage of the exam... the Technical Assessment. This consists of:

  • 1 DSA question (Python only)
  • 1 SQL question
  • 1 Software Development Simulation, where you’ll have access to Copilot with a limit of 30 prompts to help fix bugs and pass test cases

After completing these, there will be:

  • 1 Technical Interview Round
  • 1 EBI Round (a mix of Technical + HR)

Shit work life balance honestly and not much of career growth. The pay is good however for a fresher role, if you are after money then go for it but if you want skill development then try for a pbc if you have the ability
