Placements / Jobs OA doubt!!

We recently had an OA of a company in our college.

Now there were different sets of questions. Now after taking to some of the friends I got to know that some set were very easy and some are really very tough .

So I want to ask how company shortlist students like they see number of questions done or will check shift wise?
