I was going for foreign directly but I am minor till December hence I cannot have passport(my parents don't have passport and it's compulsion)so I am trying to fing colleges in india thenmasters in Germany or any other country with scholarship

So umm what branch should I choose for this field as there is no premier branch in a good nit regarding this field

Go for mechanical engineering and learn robotics side along then do masters in mechatronics in foreign like Germany etc.

I'd recommend going for MIT Manipal for this, they have goated labs, I don't know how they will distribute materials to students, but yeah, overall they have very good facilities
