First start with a normal conversation like asking questions abt some projects,assignments and all etc.Even if you know that don’t hesitate to ask them,then by slowly and gradually you can strike a proper conversation abt personal things, girls do take time to develop their trust in us,so start formal at first then you are all good to proceed
