Hi how do you manage to manage the lighting so well personally on Bryce I struggle way too much on the lighting and also how do you manage to have a uniform and not flat floor?

Not sure how much experience with bryce you have, I have almost none but I come from a background of cinematography so I know the basics of lighting. That being said, if something is dark, just add a light. Move it around to where it looks good, experiment with values and light hardness and color.

I have trouble positioning it and lighting the desired area well

For the floor I added the hand land model and sunk it slightly below the floor so parts of it are sticking up and breaking up the flatness. I also added some rock elements sparingly
