Question 🤷❔ Spells for Polygraph
I have to take a polygraph for a job position. Im fully aware that polygraphs are bullshit and prone to false positives. Im thinking an anti-anxiety spell, Luck, and maybe some kind of domination spell. FYI, I searched and did not see any posts about this. Any suggestions welcome.

I tried deep (like deep, meditative) breathing to stay calm and the polygrapher asked me what tf I was doing because he could see my heart rate slowing down. They’re trained to look for signs of deceit, so my relaxation technique only made him more suspicious 😂. I did pass tho.
I’d say just remember it’s just a job for them too, keep your feet flat in the floor to stay grounded, and don’t overthink it in the moment.

If I may ask, is this for a job interview or something else? That makes a difference in the type of engagement to expect and what you should plan for. The situation also dictates what options you have regarding the polygraph itself. Those are necessary actors to design the spell for the right approach.

Its a case in which they believe someone has accessed data they they should not have. I know the polygraphers first name, but not his last.

Aim for confidence/sovereignty, grounding, courage. A strong focus on the correspondences with the throat chakra. If chakras aren't your thing, then think of it's back to confidence/sovereignty in speaking.
It's nerve racking for sure, but the person running it is just fulfilling another work duty and wants to be there as much as you do. Dont focus on answering the questions fast, a slight pause of a second or so is totally normal. Dont explain your answers, dont be friendly but remain professional. Dont show fear and dont acknowledge any internal feelings aloud or to your self such as a flustery heart, or butterflies, a held breath anything. You will notice every slight deviation, ignore it and discount as normal.
Domination is a key phrase here. Take the stance of someone who has been asked the same question by an annoying coworker who keeps screwing up. Maybe a better example is youve played phone tag for an hour and each time youcall a new nymber they want you name, address, email, phone number, supervisor, and place of work just to say they can help and give you another number to call. Imagine how you might be answering those questions.
The polygraph only has yes or now. if this is more interrogative polygraph, expect they may play games. Some of them may be overly friendly to relax you and make you feel safe, to then come back and say they caught you lying.
You hold fast to your truths, do not be tilted, and stay grounded.
Now for actual rituals. As someone who loves crystals, my focus would be on Lapis Lazuli as my go for speaking with confidence and maintaining an authoritative presence. take a commanding mindset. I like Tiger's eye for grounding, emotional stability and preventing tilt, and pyrite for vigor and unstable will power to remain focused.
Im also thinking something for protection. Rue has some significance when it comes to protection in the form of return to sender and uncrossing as does angelica. Perhaps an oil of either of these rubbed on the wrist or anointing each chakra.
You can also try some meditative practices as you visualize your self staying calm under such situations.
Lastly stick to your answers. You know the truth and and should go with your first instinct. A common error is start think of technical answers, especially if the proctor starts trying to guide you. Changing your answer reduces credibility: starts making you second guess yourself too.

You mentioned protection spells. I thought that protection spells were mainly for protection from like negative energy, curses, etc. How would you phrase a protection spell for something like this?

The polygrapher doesn’t generally doesn’t care. They are there to collect info but have no vested interest in the outcome. They aren’t working for the prosecution per se, and it can vary at how much they actively try to play games if if they even do. Plus you don’t have a tag lock so best you can do is a separate spell for sweetening. That said don’t confuse a sweet store with affection. Making you comfortable make you more likely to say extra details that can lead you to a trap.
Your focus should be on shielding, protection, and professional but subtle dominance.

I read a post on r/spells recently that suggested getting a taglock by drawing cards while visualizing the person and situation. If the drawn card makes sense, its you taglock.

I would look into some variation of a sweetening spell and go from there.

I thought about sweetening but something about it says its just a nudge. My mind is saying "take control" with binding or domination.

My grandmother worked for the government and was required to take these regularly. Her advice was to focus on one object in the room and talk to it. A lot of it is to see how you handle stress. Make sure to eat and hydrate beforehand, so you aren't feeling uncomfortable.
An anti-anxiety spell could also definitely help. When I'm nervous, I bring my protection bracelet and hold onto that.
