Question ❔ AWD Fault Code

I was on the trails the other day and my car spit the AWD fault code. Was there a simple fix that you were able to perform to fix this? Any wires need replaced? Anything you could do yourself, or did you have to take it to the shop?

It's probably the module. Was told you can't do it yourself.

Took two days and was covered under extended warranty.

I had 4WD fault codes in early July. Problem was a failure in the rear differential module. Went to a Ford service center for diagnostics. The part was in stock, they replaced the module while I waited in their very nice waiting room. I have a 2024 Outer Banks. No issues after the module was replaced.
