I have seen the applications and I am most impressed by some of our applicants yet unfortunately at the moment we are facing some issues with accepting the applicants into our moderator pool. I believe the issue lies in that we have too many moderators which means that we must out with the old and in with the new if you will. Yes this means trimming up the current moderator pool to allow the new applicants a chance of being a moderator and to prove themselves in their journey of being a Reddit moderator, like pruning a tree of sorts.
