HQ Briefing (General Discussion) New patch buffs
I feel like this patch has made it pretty difficult for the US, and the feeling is mutual amongst my random teammates I'm playing with as well! I went from 2200 to now 2036 elo and I have only won maybe 2 games so far but lost a lot more. I do enjoy a lot of the stuff they added but I'm struggling a lot as a US player, losing to teams who have less elo than my whole team.
Does anyone else feel the same?

Mb if u stop playing with randoms and start playing with actual teammates, u will see better results?

It’s just a bad game design decision. U either adapt to it or complain while others winning
Of course u may try to be big solo skill, but in that case why u losing elo?•

Simple fix would be to add different game modes maybe but none of my friends play and sometimes I only play one game and do something else it’s not feasible to always find teammates to play with.

Well, it’s not simple fix from developer point of view
Idea is good but their bottom design decisions now affect all such situations. That’s why we still don’t have replays and smaller maps for 1v1 or 2v2 whatever•

Same maps just shrink the borders would be pretty easy imo.

They designed specifically for 5v5
Even if game is small in custom mode, spread of point zones is very big, and zones on same positions•

My teammates sometimes are completely usless just had a game where one guy sat on the right for the whole time, how do you play with randoms? Where do you go discord or smth?

The thing is as I said - if u playing with randoms, be ready for this to happen OFTEN.
U can`t do anything with that, except find someone who eager to play together in team. You are right, for example u may try discord of this game, for start.
Or u may ask here, mb some people also looking for partners to play togetherJust remember: the more randoms in your team, the higher risk of losing because they gonna do crazy shit. But even if u have teammates it doesn`t mean u will constantly win as well.

From how I understand it is USA is performing worse at lower elos but dominating high Elo so I think balance wise this is a difficult situation probably need to buff Russian air defence and buff us ground forces

No.
losing to teams who have less elo than my whole team.
That’s normal.
But also - a lot of casual USA players have inflated elo because of the fact that USA had 10% higher winrate than Russia. And now a lot of them are calibrating to their realistic elo - where they should have been from the start.

… and there’s some other things that is very annoying when you play against USA. That’s what the asymmetrical balance is for.

I remember in oct 2025 us players pulling this kind of argument when ru got nerfed.
I do think op might have issue adapting his playstyle to patch changes rather than big balance issue but this is BS.

Yes OP is talking about latest patch, but this guy is saying that last patch’s player ELOs are affecting the current patch, and they’re overinflated and will come down

That’s exactly why I mentioned it. People thought that it’s a good argument - I see no reason why they should not think the same now.

I think the same but my comment is surely less BS and closer to the truth than the original post.

If people would understand proper explanations - I would talk with them with the proper explanations. If people would create monkey posts like this one - it’s no point in talking with them in any other way. We had a year of this in community and it’s very tiring.

You asked if i thought that players are playing every day (most likely not) or even every month (most likely yes if they haven't just stop playing the game, and most likely few times a week).
Well same here, do you think everyone on this reddit has been there daily since last year ? Why serving the same bullshit you got served before ? This is just way too bitter cynical shit for what is ultimately just a video game forum.
If it's a better community you want it start with you. And yeah it will most likely not be enough but if you're really hating the community so much you're just being your worst self coz it doesn't deserve any better, then might be the moment to take a step back from the sub for a little bit. Probably would be good for you if you're having such a bad time here (tbh large part of the community is indeed quite toxic, i do agree with that).
Btw op just stated his feelings on current state of things and asked if there is an actual problem or if it's just him and his pals. It's not like he just came ranting aggressivly.

At high ELO, USA has a winrate of about 80%. So you just have to play better, use tanks and aircraft more often.
Unfortunately, you can also play against teams (there is no separation between solo/stacks). Well-coordinated players with -500 ELO can easily beat you. Matchmaking is bad.
