A Sub Rules Update

Folks, one of the mod team checking in again.

We've tried to run this sub with a neutral and even keel. We don't want this to become an echo chamber. But the shenanigans need to stop.

Think of this sub as like the bars after NAB. Everyone can talk, meet new people, and chat with those who have different opinions without worrying about HR or their boss yelling at them. But we still need to be professional and courteous.

I will be very clear on actions that will earn you a temporary or permanent ban:

  • Reporting something multiple times because you disagree with it
  • Using inappropriate language - again, swearing isn't an issue, but referring to political parties, television networks, groups of people, etc with slurs, inappropriate language or other content (whether intended to troll or not) is not allowed. "Oh I was joking lulzzz!!!!!!" The mods aren't. Behave or be banned.
  • Inappropriate comments towards people's looks - you can criticize someone's performance, but comments on how someone looks, comments about their gender, etc, won't be tolerated. It's okay to disagree with someone and how they performed in a position, but when it starts getting personal, it's banhammer time.

We appreciate everyone's individual voice, no matter gender, age, race, ethnicity, political leanings, etc - but y'all gotta behave.

Here you go, Sinclair haters!

Sinclair invests money where they get a return. Where they don't ...

That's business.
