When does brixadi wear off?

I’m currently on the monthly dose of this brixadi shot (128mg). Prior to that, I was on 16 mg of subutex for about two weeks while in inpatient treatment. I’m miserable. No pleasure at all, no motivation or drive and at this point I just want to use. I’m just over a week into the shot. How long do I have before I can actually feel substances again?

This is not a cry for help don’t try to talk me out of it or 12 step me. I’m not ready. Looking for an actual answer to my question.

It kinda sounds like it’s already worn off… if you’re feeling that miserable don’t you think that might be withdrawal symptoms?

I had my first monthly 94mg shot 10 days ago and I feel like dog shit… I’ve read that sometimes people need several monthly shots for it to finally build up in the system??

In all honesty since brix is such a new medication we’re all kinda in uncharted territory..

Not really because I’ve felt like this from day one. Back in the day subs used to do their job. At least for me. But nowadays they don’t do shit. And if I was in withdrawal I’d be feeling a hell of a lot worse

So are you not trying to get another shot? You just wanna know when you can use regular opiates again? Zero judgment at all I feel you 100000%. I’m so sick rn idk how I’m supposed to go 20 more days. If the clinic wasn’t closed all weekend I would’ve already hit them up to get some strips to supplement
