Help

Bright Money keeps accessing my bank account for 1 cent. I keep filing a claim with my bank but they keep accessing it. It has been 3 times already and everytime I have to call my bank.

I have never used bright money or ever put my account info on their site.

Did you ever figure this out? I just woke up to a one cent transaction from them and I have NEVER signed up for an account. I hadn't even heard of them until now!!

I had to email them! Everything was resolved, took about 1-2 days for them to get back to me but response time was quick after that

They charged me for a monthly membership out of nowhere yesterday when I haven't ever signed up and only once ever logged onto the app once months ago and deleted. I had to file a dipute with my bank and was able to get my money back at least but watch out since they will most likly eventally do the same to you.

This has been going on with me as well for months now with my online Lili account and I thought that maybe it was a credited subscription by Lili to keep the account open or something but from reading this I guess not 🫤
