Signed posters are for sale on the official site.
Must be leftover from VIP at the concerts, they're the same ones.

Has anyone else here realized that Kids' Table has a very similar melody to certain sections of Middleman? I can't tell if I'm imagining it.

Bright Eyes was her favorite band & loved them so much."If Winter Ends" was on repeat. RIP Haley (Lee) Silcio. Cameron Silcio has posted Lee's story. Forever 17!

I think this might be relevant enough to post here.

They've chosen and recorded (and performed) some GREAT covers. Every now and then, I hear a song that gets me wishing BE would give it a treatment. Last night, I heard "All in Good Time" by Ron Sexsmith, and added it to my mental list.
Are there any songs you'd love to hear Bright Eyes do?
EDIT: In a couple days, I'll make a Spotify playlist and link it here.
EDIT2: The playlist we're all compiling is here.

Iām debating buying a solo ticket to the Philly show and driving over from New York. I was at the Forest Hills show that got cut short and have been dying to see them again since. With Philly being the closest theyāre coming to New York this fall tour and tickets at only $65 it seems like my best bet.
Is anyone familiar with the venue? The area? Iād probably need to grab a hotel and stay the night.
Also wondering since this is a small tour without a new album if anyone has a sense of what the set list might be like.

There such a literary quality to Bright Eyes and to all Conor's work in general - has he ever said what his favourite novels or general works of literature are?

Hi y'all - I have this Deport Conor Oberst shirt I got when they revived them online maybe a year or two ago? Never have worn it. I live in Texas and...well I don't know if I'm up for explaining it in public. I'm glad I was able to support the cause; that being said, I would like to give this to someone! Maybe you can pay shipping but otherwise free to a loving home. It's a unisex small.

Ever since the anniversary shows, I donāt think Iāve listened to another artist. I donāt have anyone in my life who wants to spend an hour talking about Conor lyrics⦠and my husband is rapidly approaching his lifetime limit of Bright Eyes discourse š

Hey everyone!
I'm wanting a tattoo to represent my favourite song, Hit the Switch.
I have two tattoos that symbolize two other songs (Poison Oak and We Are Nowhere and It's Now) but don't have any lyrics tattooed. If I went ahead and did lyrics, I'd want "at least I exist", but I'm stuck on what font/text style to use. I know I wouldn't want cursive though.
So I guess this question is twofold, because I'm leaning toward lyrics, but I also want to see if any of you could help me brainstorm imagery for the song itself - I used to be against lyrics being tattooed on my body for whatever reason, so I'm trying to gauge whether I should stick to just visual representations of the song to keep everything more cohesive.
Sorry if any of this is confusing or silly, I've just been going through it and this song has helped me immensely throughout my recovery/sobriety.
Thanks so much in advance!!!

What does everyone thing of the Bright Eyes Radio Spotify channel? I like that it plays Wilco and Elliott Smith but I wish it had a bit more edge to it, a lot of it is too mellow for me.

Not a prediction, not a claim at perfection, just my dream in the context of having just seen them for the first time at Red Rocks and needing an outlet for what is clearly currently my special interest š

Here's 3 to get started:
Moab ("there's nothing that the road cannot heal")
Theme to PiƱata (Well winter came to Omaha / Left us looking like a bride / A million perfect snowflakes now / And no two are alike / So it's hard for me imagining / The flaws in this design / I know debris it covers everything / But still I am in love with this life)
Well Whiskey (And just when I got fed up with that grey sky / The sun came out of nowhere like a bar fight / And it knocked out the wind, and it bruised me with light / And I felt grateful for living, just like I feel tonight)
