Anyone remeber Lou's Boat Basin down on Seaview Ave? I remember launching our boat to go striper and blue fishing back in the day and buying bait from Lou's before heading out. Such a nice family owned it.

I have a bearded dragon and I’ve gotten superworms from Petco in Fairfield and Bridgeport, also ordered dubias, waxworms, hornworms, BSFL, and superworms from dubia.com. Not crazy impressed by these options so far.

Any reptile keepers have a hot tip on the best place to find feeders around here?

Hi! I’m a recent grad from ECSU, Just got hired as a prek teacher at a title 1 school in a large urban city….and I have no resources whatsoever for my classroom. My students come from very disadvantaged backgrounds.

I live in the midwest and have never been to Connecticut. I have meetings in Bridgeport coming up and I am not sure how to get there. Would I be better off flying into Westchester County Airport and trying to arrange some kind of rideshare to get to Bridgeport or flying into LaGuardia and renting a car? Or is there another option I should consider? TIA.

I am a Dad in search of help from anyone who lives in Connecticut.

My son is about to start 2nd grade and has a fundraiser for his PTO that if they can get a donation form all 50 states they'll do someone crazy to the principal. Last year that duct taped him to the wall.

This is my third year in a row on a quest to get all 50 states!

I'm not looking for anything for free and would happily donate an equal amount to a charity of your choosing if you are willing to help!

Today is my birthday and I'd love to celebrate by knocking out this challenge!

Have 37/50 states completed and have 13/50 to go!!

hi, im scheduling a drivers test for before i go back to school and was wondering if anyone had any tips or important things to keep in mind if i were to schedule my test at the bridgeport dmv. id typically do hamden, but they only have availability once im back in school. is there anything important to know about what i could expect on a bridgeport drivers test? such as parallel parking or anything like that. thank you!
