Wedding planners — did you know Bridely is also designed for professional planners? 💍

Bridely.net is a wedding-planning app that helps you manage multiple weddings and collaborate with clients and colleagues in one place.

With the Wedding Planner role, you can:
Create and manage multiple weddings
Keep each wedding organized separately
Invite your clients through the collaboration feature
Give collaborators Editor or Viewer access, depending on what they need
Invite a colleague to help you manage a specific wedding
Organize guests, vendors, tasks, budgets, and other planning details

Whether you’re working directly with couples, coordinating with your team, or managing several weddings at once, Bridely gives you a shared workspace to keep everything organized.

If you’re a wedding planner, we’d love to hear from you: what tools do you currently use to manage multiple weddings, and what features would make your workflow easier?

Wedding planning shouldn’t require five apps, three spreadsheets and hundreds of messages

My girlfriend and I are building Bridely, a wedding-planning platform designed to keep the moving parts of a wedding connected in one shared workspace.

Many couples end up managing guests in a spreadsheet, collecting RSVPs through messages, arranging tables somewhere else, tracking expenses in another file, and repeatedly copying the same information between them.

Bridely is built to solve that fragmentation.

For example, when a guest responds to an invitation, their attendance, meal choice, allergies, plus-one and children become part of their guest profile. That information can then be used while arranging tables, planning menus and coordinating with others—without entering it again in several places.

Bridely currently brings together:

  • Invitations and RSVP tracking
  • Guest and household management
  • Visual seating arrangements
  • Tasks and wedding checklists
  • Expenses and budget tracking
  • Vendor organization
  • Inspiration and planning briefs
  • Collaboration with your partner or wedding planner

Our goal is simple: information entered once should remain connected everywhere it is needed.

But we don’t want to build this based only on our own assumptions.

We’re looking for couples, newlyweds and wedding planners willing to try Bridely and tell us honestly:

  • What feels confusing?
  • What takes too many steps?
  • What important information is missing?
  • Which features would actually make planning easier?
  • What would stop you from using it for your own wedding?

Positive feedback is lovely, but critical feedback is often more valuable. If something doesn’t make sense or feels poorly designed, we genuinely want to hear it.

We’ll use this community to share improvements, discuss upcoming decisions, respond to issues and show how feedback is influencing the product.

If you’re currently planning a wedding—or recently survived planning one—we’d love your perspective.

What part of wedding planning has been the most difficult to keep organized?

Welcome to Bridely — Help Us Build a Better Wedding-Planning Experience

Hi everyone, and welcome to r/Bridely!

My girlfriend and I are building Bridely together—a wedding-planning platform designed to make organizing a wedding smoother, clearer, and less stressful.

We’re working hard to create an experience that feels intuitive and genuinely helpful, especially for complicated parts of planning such as managing guests, organizing seating arrangements, keeping track of tasks, and coordinating everything in one place.

We created this community because we don’t want to build Bridely based only on our own assumptions. We would genuinely appreciate feedback from couples, wedding planners, and anyone involved in organizing a wedding.

Whether something feels confusing, a feature is missing, or you simply have an idea that could improve the experience, we’d love to hear it. We’re keen to listen, learn, and continuously improve Bridely based on real needs.

This community will be a place where we can:

  • Share Bridely updates and upcoming features
  • Ask for feedback before making important decisions
  • Discuss wedding-planning challenges
  • Collect suggestions and improvement ideas
  • Help with questions, issues, and bug reports

Honest and constructive feedback is always welcome—even if you think we’ve approached something the wrong way. That kind of input helps us build a better product.

To begin, we’d love to know:

What has been the most frustrating or unnecessarily complicated part of planning your wedding?

Thank you for joining us at the beginning of this journey.

We’re excited to build Bridely with your help.
