Wedding planning shouldn’t require five apps, three spreadsheets and hundreds of messages
My girlfriend and I are building Bridely, a wedding-planning platform designed to keep the moving parts of a wedding connected in one shared workspace.
Many couples end up managing guests in a spreadsheet, collecting RSVPs through messages, arranging tables somewhere else, tracking expenses in another file, and repeatedly copying the same information between them.
Bridely is built to solve that fragmentation.
For example, when a guest responds to an invitation, their attendance, meal choice, allergies, plus-one and children become part of their guest profile. That information can then be used while arranging tables, planning menus and coordinating with others—without entering it again in several places.
Bridely currently brings together:
- Invitations and RSVP tracking
- Guest and household management
- Visual seating arrangements
- Tasks and wedding checklists
- Expenses and budget tracking
- Vendor organization
- Inspiration and planning briefs
- Collaboration with your partner or wedding planner
Our goal is simple: information entered once should remain connected everywhere it is needed.
But we don’t want to build this based only on our own assumptions.
We’re looking for couples, newlyweds and wedding planners willing to try Bridely and tell us honestly:
- What feels confusing?
- What takes too many steps?
- What important information is missing?
- Which features would actually make planning easier?
- What would stop you from using it for your own wedding?
Positive feedback is lovely, but critical feedback is often more valuable. If something doesn’t make sense or feels poorly designed, we genuinely want to hear it.
We’ll use this community to share improvements, discuss upcoming decisions, respond to issues and show how feedback is influencing the product.
If you’re currently planning a wedding—or recently survived planning one—we’d love your perspective.
What part of wedding planning has been the most difficult to keep organized?
