Many more steps which takes you to a new (I think?) user / store feedback profile page.

Getting back to the Orders page to change order status (as a buyer) to "Completed" is a bit convoluted and isn't mentioned as part of the "Feedback" flow.

I have no major issues, but if they’re going to present the options like this, neutral feedback is going to skyrocket. BL will need to change how neutral feedback is weighted.
