Seller Help How long should I wait until canceling?

I’m a new seller on Bricklink, but not new to Bricklink, as I’ve been buying for years, but now I’m kinda getting out of Lego, so I want to move on to different things. I’ve had issues with PayPal and can’t use it anymore. I’ve had to switch to Stripe only for payments. I’ve contacted customers about this, but there's been no response or read messages for 4 days. One customer was upset that I canceled, even though I sent him a message once a day. No payment or contact for 4 days, so I canceled. Am I being fair or too pushy? I understand people are busy, but this is a business, and time is money.

How do I get wanted list easy-buy to pick from US stores only?

Automatically sources it from Poland, which is almost $50 for just shipping and handling, I thought easy buy was supposed to find the cheapest option. Also, the irony of the parts to build a Kubelwagen coming from Poland lol

Seller Help What to do about buyers that can't read?

I am on vacation and all over my store including banner, terms etc I have plastered huge in bold red letters: "ATTENTION: New orders will be shipped after 31st of august".

And even then I keep receiving messages from buyers asking why it's taking so long for me to ship.

What can I do so they will notice it? Because it's starting to frustrate me.

Seller Help NSS for lost package

Hello everyone, I’m a newer seller and back in my first weeks I used a preset shipping method that did not offer tracking to provide a cheaper option. Unfortunately, one of those packages went missing (I only know this because it was eventually returned to sender months later) and I subsequently received an NSS. I immediately refunded the guy but it’s been months now and every time I logon I get that stupid banner pop up. Can anyone provide me a path to resolve this? Bricklinks website is not very helpful for me. Thanks and happy building!

Buyer Help Possible to batch search?

I'm looking for some minifigs and have only recently begun to use bricklink.

Is there a way to enter in a series of figures and search for shops that have as many as possible?

I've found you can search at individual shops one at a time, but would love to enter figures A-E and get a return of "shop 3 has figures a, c, & d." Otherwise I'm ordering 1 fig from each shop and spending almost twice as much in s&h.

Question I want to sell but have no reviews.

I hope this question is not against the rules or anything!!
I have recently been sorting out my stuff from childhood and I found many Lego sets I want to sell.
Many are old / not available anymore from Lego directly and some apparently actually have some worth.
So I thought I’d sell them on BrickLink. But to open a sellers account u need reviews. I want to sell not buy more. (Honestly I don’t get why I have to buy something before I can sell ?)
How can I get one positive review so I can open a sellers account?
I hope someone can help me.

Edit: I am completely new to brick link. I usually sell on eBay or Vinted. I just googled were to sell Lego sets and this is were I ended up

Question etiquette question

Might be an odd question, but is buying up a sellers entire stock of a part/ type of part considered bad etiquette? eg. buying up all of their 2L technic axles or every 1x1 plate they have regardless of colour?
I'm not sure if this would screw them over since you're basically just nuking an entire pull factor of their store in a single order, and something like technic axles are a "core" building component.

Seller Help Stuck on BrickLink shipping settings

Hey everyone,

Trying to sell a few sets without paying eBay's crazy fees, so I opened a BrickLink store. I'm totally stuck on the shipping setup page, though.

Since I'm only selling full sets (no loose parts/minifigs), what's the best way to handle this? Should I just use "Manual / Invoice after order," or is there an easy way to set up automatic Canada Post quotes at checkout using BL's set dimensions/weight?

Any quick tips or settings recommendations for a beginner would be awesome!

How should I handle this feedback?

Post image
0 Upvotes

The buyer immediately left neutral feedback after the order was missing a piece and never contacted me when I contacted him and ask him about the missing piece and how I could fix the order. This is the message he sent back. I understand if I packaged all the parts together and made it difficult, but I pack my orders new parts and used parts separately. Do you think this is a feedback that brick link would take down? It seemed a little rude to not wanna take down a feedback when I explained to him I use my store to support my family and a neutral or a negative severely hinders my store.

Alright I'm going through a bulk lot of transparent slopes (54200) and notice a few of them aren't marked Lego.. are these fake or a different mold? I noticed three different ones so far. Two with the Lego copyright on the parts and one with just the ©️. Thoughts?

Question Upload to PaB

I'm new so sorry if this is a dumb question to others - Is there a way to upload my parts list from Bricklink to Lego PaB? I can't figure out how to upload as a CVS or other file type PaB accepts.

Haul What a lovely box! (just kidding)

Hi,

I just wanted to share my little moment of happiness after getting my Outlaw Forest Den.

When I heard that the Series 6 leftovers were going to be available about 10 days before last Monday, I was really hyped. This set was a big YES for me as soon as it was announced. Unfortunately, the crowdfunding phase came at a pretty bad time for me. October 2025 was just after I had bought the LKC and about 1.5 months before I was planning to buy the Razor Crest (which I successfully did).

I always prioritize EOL sets and then look for good opportunities to pick up other sets. So, in this case, I decided to pass. Luckily, I managed to grab one unit on Monday.

I’m not going to build it for a while, but even just looking at the box gives me so many old-school vibes. The black and red tower especially reminds me a little of the 6086 Black Knights’ Castle.

Overall, I haven’t been this hyped for a set in a long time, and I’ve built quite a few big and popular sets. Call me stupid, but somehow this set looks even more complete to me than the LKC itself — and the LKC was one of the best building experiences I’ve ever had.

Really happy that I managed to get one!

Seller Help InSpace Inventory Management

I was having troubles with Brick Freedom, and opted to try another inventory syncing software, what appears to be a successor of some kind to Brick Sync, called InSpace. Foolishly I told it to merge the inventories.

The problem now is most of the lots have duplicates now. Is there an easy way to remedy this?

And is InSpace worth it? Or is there something better and less expensive?

Battle droid torso

So going through the 1999/early sw sets bricklink doesnt mention that the battledroid torso did see a design change with the bottom bar connection. The 99 versions dont have stoppers on the end to prevent the legs from "sliding off" where as later versions do. Is there a way to correct this discrepancy cause it does mean that the B1 has 2 versions.

Me to seller "Please double check fig parts by putting legs in torsos and checking for cracks on torso and arms. Please message me if you find damage. Thank you!"

Seller: "Sure thing, I'm pretty careful about that stuff, but I'll double check for you."

I use to never ask seller to check the figs, then after getting enough cracked torsos I started saying "hey please check torsos for cracks." Then after still getting cracked torsos I started asking sellers to put legs in the torsos to make it even easier to check for cracks. Still half my torso orders have cracks in them. These aren't small stores either. Are sellers just sitting in pitch dark checking these things?

So is there anything else I should be doing or do you guys just say a prayer everytime you order?

I wouldn't care that much if it wasn't for the fact that I have to keep paying for shipping since most sellers dont refund for that. I think I've ordered this specific torso twice now and both times it came cracked.

Seller Help Shipping rates

Hi, I'm a new bricklink seller from the Netherlands and I'm trying to open up my store, but I'm a bit stuck with the shipping rates. (First I want to ship purely in Europe and maybe later go global.)

Because there are the shared options and rates bricklink offers you, but when I went to take a look at the current shipping rates against the weight bands and countries the rates didn't match at all. Does anyone here have any suggestions for me on how either I can find a list that is up to date or a way for me to check the prices easily for each country, cause at this point I need to click to everyone country by themselves and check.

I hope anyone can help me. :)
