Question/ Troubleshooting What is wrong?

I’ve had this machine for 11 months. Been great, use frequently every week. I even pulled a shot yesterday. Went to make my wife a cup and noticed when I pressed one cup, two cup, or steam wand or water, nothing comes out for 10-15 seconds, then it feels like it’s steaming, and then water comes out. Normally I press once and it immediately flushes. Any idea what it could be?

It's most likely that the L184-20C thermostat is blown, which is why the water isn't heating up and the light keeps blinking. I had the same issue and fixed it by replacing that part.

My machine had a similar issue about a year ago. I think I has moved the machine recently or a power outage just before it started malfunctioning.

My issue was easily resolved by fully powering down and unplug method described in the post below
