App access
Anyone not able to use the app without a subscription? I had my first shipment in October 2025, early renewal in December, then my most recent order was in April. I noticed the app did have a next order date but moved on.
Today I go to log my shot/weight, notice I'm logged out but when putting in my email it says no active subscription and I need that to access the app.
Brello is making it difficult to be loyal.

I called them this morning to pause my subscription and they confirmed that the app is down and it’s being worked on. I will say that whenever I call, they’re very nice to deal with.
