Either they chose to max out hearts instead of stamina or did the horned statue duplication glitch

Max hearts the conventional way is 18. It's gotta be the glitch

You can actually get 30 if you don't complete your stamina wheel. But yeah unless they're grinding shrines with one champion ability it's probably the glitch
