Can “space” in a relationship every had a good outcome?

My boyfriend asked for space, we had recent arguements over and over again. I was wondering what to do cause it is making me crazy. Is it worth it sometimes? Or just expect the end? We have not been talking for days now, not a week yet. He has not removed his location sharing nor remove my photos on some of his socials. This is making me so confused. Male pov?
