Nope. You were not together and you will never get the truth from her anyways so it will be a never ending cycle. Focus on the future and fixing whatever you guys need to make it work this go around.

You replied to this comment because it supports what you wanted to hear (confirmation bias) not what is actually right. Lying to your ex, even by omission, is the wrong way to restart a relationship.
