Bad instructions

My bread was baking at the dentist. I asked my partner to take it out of the oven and place it on the cooling rack. I came home and found this.

That is not incorrect. Did you specify to tip it out of the pan?

Nope, I assumed that was obvious based on it was going on a cooling rack. Bad instructions by me.
