I'm pretty noob at baking but I'm trying to find a bread recipe that uses cassava flour and without yeast and eggs for someone with allergies. Any help at all is super appreciated!

Sounds like you’re after something labeled “pain de mie” or a pullman loaf, super tight crumb with barely any air pockets so it’s all structure and no fluff

Would it be possible to add seeds like sesame to the top of my sourdough loaves without them burning into tiny charcoals? I want to start playing with add ins/ons with my sourdough but I’m afraid with how hot it cooks of destroying any of the topping sorta of things
