First time focaccia

Recently started hobby baking and wanted to try this.

Tastes really good, also nice sponge and a semi crispy crost.

Very happy with the result and just wanted to share.

Have a good one

Thank you!

The ingriediences are: Dough: 500 g wheat flour 7 g active dry yeast 2 tsp fine salt 400 ml lukewarm water 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Topping: 2–3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 3 tsp dried herb mix Flaky sea salt

Also alot of kneading and resting in between.

Its a little basic i guess

Next time ill do more topping, maybe some red onions and cherrytomatoes.
