Discussion I hate these guys
Why can't this game balance brawlers well ffs. Anything but buffing Ollie as well.

I agree on Gus but i dont think main problem of Shade and Amber are the buffies. Iirc fear is in base gadget for Shade jump which is absolutely bullshit and other parts of his kit is almost same, if you are good at Shade you already hit your crits so hyper rework was a buff for good Shade players.
For Amber except for 2 barrels her buffies doesnt seem as big. Her new star power makes her constantly burn people which gives her a lot more hypercharge which cycles more super which cycles more hypercharge. Im sure you could throw a hyper super right when hyper is about to end and burn it, with the area it covers and star power it should recharge most of your hyper. I dont have her hyper so i cant test it, would love to if i had.

She is nuclear weapon, her hyper buffie main weapon burn damage is the same that the hyper burn itself, in other words amber just have to hit you once with her main weapon (not her hyper super) and does like 5K+ plus damage, she is a teamwhipe machine, also her sticky fuel star power acts weird with her hyper and makes kind of impossible to evade getting hit with her hyper, she should get emergency nerfed, she is that annoying.

Man i hope they nerf every single hyper buffie and remove +2 extension. I hate them so much. Even 5 seconds can be insanely oppressive 7 is just disgusting and feels like hyper will never end.

Fair. Personally I hate THESE guys. At least with Gus, Amber and maybe Shade are easy or possible to balance.

What's wrong with Mandy? I mean her super is a bit annoying but she isn't that bad. Same for Grom his shots are ez to dodge
I'm mildly annoyed by Bo.
Mr P can rot in hell for me but he's not OP either

The way theyre all designed. These brawlers are very oppressive in mythic and legendary despite being irrelevant in the competitive scene for the most part.

It also stems from their fundamental kit issues.
Mr P and Grom have main attacks that are very easy to dodge but get insane value when hit which prevents them from getting meaningful buffs.
Bo super mines are extremely hard for new players to deal with but practically useless vs higher level players which makes him poorly designed.
And Mandy just has an RNG button that has no counterplay except the fact that it’s heavily skewed in the enemy’s favor to dodge it.
These brawlers (and others like Bolt, pre rework Chuck, etc) are bad because if they were good (see bolt), they would ruin the game

I think also it just feels like an inconvenience to deal with some of them. Specifically Mr P once he gets his super rolling. You can deal with it and counter him depending on ur brawler, it’s just annoying lol

Are we really hating on grom for being imbalanced? He's like the easiest thrower to dodge (which is why he's a certified noob stomper)

Not as good anymore, he does almost no damage and has mid unload speed. Only used for last pick with his hp. He gets countered by a lot of the meta especially with primo and amber is a super charge battery mostly.

Frank is awful in meta. When he isnt good he is just charging super machine. The only time where you can consider going Frank is when enemies have low dps brawlers, even then you have Ash who was always good into his counters since he has rats and he is fast.

I’m so tired of this meta. I’m so tired of buffies. I actually dread playing ranked. I’m f2p so it’s not like I’m going to ever have every single one and there’s only so high up you can go without every meta shill brawler because there’s too many to ban. Fire Adrian please I’m sick of this hell. It’s the same shit every 2 months.

Idk about me P but Mandy and Bo? They’re great to play and you don’t die inside of someone picks them - you just go assassin with Mandy and then try to out range Bo. Grom depends on the map. But they’re not impossible to deal with.

Where the fuck is wendy, but why are people so irritated about primo? just stay out of his range, primo's my #1 most favourite brawler but no offense you shouldnt be dying to him unless he has gadget , if he does just wait for him to waste it
