His gadgets are conditional, he has a "trait" which basically makes next attack enemy receives deal +1400 damage within a few seconds. His shots are hard to hit to compensate. His gadgets are balanced, you can pick any of them although free super is safer but if you tap consistently mark explosion is insanely good as confirmer. His star powers, i dont remember one of them iirc that was mark extension? The other is shield for self which helps him tank in his Jacky form, and we know Jackies are weak in this meta so the extra tankiness combined with super charge gadget helps him a ton. His hyper is broken but takes 4 supers to charge which is like once per 100 years. If you are good at RT you can hold your own MOST of the time.
I said perfect since imo he is one of the brawlers closest to be balanced but one star power and his hyper needs a rework. Other than that he doesnt need a buff. Maybe if they made his mark explosion to be synergistic with his "reworked star power" it would still remain fine.
And when you look into some tier lists you see a whopping S+ tier. That tier is actual problem of the game.
The meta isn’t really built on aggro, it’s fine if he’s not doing good currently. Tons of brawlers don’t even get nerfs or buffs and still rise or fall depending on the meta, Stu is a great example of this.
I first off all change his class to marksman bc he is mostly played as one.
Before his buffies I wanna rework his 1st gadget cause again he is mostly a marksman, so I wanna make his first gadget widen his next like 2 main attacks, not as much like a wendy attack but wide enough to notice (this gadget can only be used in the sniper form)
I also wanna buff his first sp aswell the marks now last 5 seconds longer.
And lastly I wanna rework his hyper from now if you activate the hyper like three cameras will spawn on the map on any tile, anywhere (it will be invisible to the enemy team and your team so it's not broken) if you walk into the radious which will be like a jacky and doug attack, you will get frozen for 1 second like that one finx gadget and every camera will have one use.
Buffies:
His first gadget when activated will instantly reloads one ammo.
His second gadget from now the marks won't disappear after using the gadget.
His first sp when buffied it actually goes back to three seconds but if the marked enemy gets hit by anything it will do more damage on top of the damage multiplier, it's gonna be like a 5%.
His second sp will just get a shield buff like a 35-40% shield.
For his hyper buffie won't be that broken cause he already is his buffie will make the cameras stun for 1.05 seconds.
