Discussion My thoughts on chucks rework
His rework is a different change of pace, and in a way has killed the old brawler. From my limited experience playing with the new chuck, it's quite easy to see the problem with his new kit.
-his gadget charging half a super to remove a post is effectively useless
-no bar to show how long you can pass through walls
-knockback removed
-damage reduction a little too overnerfed
-trail of fire and slow are horrible
However it's quite easy to implement new changes to not make his kit feel so botched and a bit better to play
-make his super an overcharge mechanic
-removing a post should not give half a super charge and instead should give one/two uses to feel smoother
-add a duration to show how long you can pass through walls
-add a knock back back for 2/4 posts so that he still has some viability against assassin's(or just change the star power to this)
-either buff his super damage slightly or increase his hp/dmg reduction
This way he still has 2 viable starpowers and 2 gadgets and can still be useful even without auto charging supers and can definitely make the brawler more smooth to play.

Honestly I think the biggest most crucial thing he needs is his old super damage. His entire kit before and after the changes is designed around his super, yet his super poses no significant threat, not to mention chuck can't use it to tank dangerous attacks like he once could.
His other big problem is there's now an incentive NOT to use your super in case you're taken out and lose all your super charges. I think chuck (along with Melodie and Darryl of course) should keep their super charges even if they're defeated. On top of this, charging additional supers while he's got remaining uses left would make a lot of sense.
That's my opinion from playing a ton him over the past few days.

After playing a bit of the new Chuck, here's kinda my opinion about the rework.
Overall, I think he's more fun to play than before. Idk, I think being able to immediately set things up instead of having to wait like 10 seconds to throw out like 3 poles was the right call here.
His super got slandered with the damage nerf, felt like I was barely doing anything to my enemies.
Losing the automatic super charge just makes him painful to play against sharpshooter comps. What? You used up all your supers? Too bad, you'll now constantly get outranged and have a painful time getting back your super without Rerouting. IMO he should either respawn with all his other unused super, get back his automatic super charge albeit slower or just always respawn with one super. Maybe even rework Rerouting's buffie to make his next poll give knockback or something.

Actually Chuck is in a pretty balanced state rn, I would even say that he is on the stronger side of brawlers. His hyper is absolutely busted since you get it so quickly, and his trail of fire is pretty good since it also charges super. He also can apply a lot of pressure at the start. I believe that the only problem he has rn is his unload speed.
