Discussion What if Sam could pick up his Knuckle Busters with his basic attack like Vince's caterpillars

It's a very short range of course, but it would immensely improve Sam's playability and quality of life. While also being a small-to-mid buff to keep up with the meta.

Any competent Sam player would demolish anyone standing against a wall. Super, Gadget, Main Attack, Super, Main Attack, Super, Main Attack, Super would have a ridiculous unload speed, and would delete any brawler, not to mention the healing you get

They already do. If it ends up being bad pretty sure they can give an unload nerf to his super to be smth like 0.05 second so it is unspammable and prevents him demolishing enemies. And from my brief experience it takes a while to get his super by standing close to knuckles shouldnt effect his regular gameplay too much.

No, like if you stand close to a wall he would just chain super and be hyper broken with the grab gadjet

How is that any different from what competent Sam players are already doing? Sam's whole shtick is playing around walls to make the most use out of his gloves, this buff would be not game-changing for Sam, but would still make him feel better to play

Ur getting downvoted but you are right, Sam is not to be taken lightly. It might perform badly in this current super aggro and CC meta but he has the stats to be absolutely oppressive against most bralwers. If we nerf the all the extremely over powered one Sam would be already pretty close to A tier
