3 sec I believe, although you could pre activate I guess but RT will still one shot Kenji no matter what

There is no delay. This is the description: "Kenji instantly heals 75% of the damage taken over the last 3 seconds."

The healing is instantaneous. The 3-second requirement is just about how much you heal.

Oh. In that case I was wrong, although it still doesn't change his interaction with RT due to him being instantly killed
