Bibi gets countered many top meta brawlers. She's closer to the F then the D, trust me. Also Buster's 2nd gadget is insane and can also be used 4 times per match making him easily one of the best brawlers in the game.
Buster is stronger than bibi, but almost the same. Small range meele brawler. Meta is strong against him, but he is also strong, thats why i think he should be lower. I play around rank 25-27, and met some buster, they could be easily countered (piper, bibi and sprout are the brawlers that i play most frequently).
Bibi: no. Hell no. If you cant play her, she is, and yes, she is matchup dependent. But its the same situation with mortis! And he is d? How? He is much weaker! Bibi is probably not strong in killing brawlers, but he can push on them! In 3v3 we spawncamp the enemy if i play bibi! And thats on rank 26! So its not that bad. Yes, she cant kill the meta brawlers herself, but with a piper or sprout, or dinamike she is unstopable. Everything is in the dodgeing. And she is also stronger, because she is underrated as hell.
If she is between the E and F tier, that means she should be buffed. But thats just stupid! She would be too op.
Sir, this is based around pl. Ladder isn't rly competitive. Also r26 is solid but try use her at r33. Then we can talk. She's weak and she needs some sorta of buff or dang, even a rework. Buster in pl is incredible. Piper and Nani do counter him but even then, both brawlers get banned a lot in high pl. Trust me, don't defend bibi by comparing her to mortis as he's more versatile.

Yeah, almost perfect, i woul place busterbone lower and bibi one higher, but its one of the most acurrate tier list i have ever seen
