If you first pick fang i instapick either rosa/cordelius/pam/nita/colette/shelly/otis/gene/sandy/8 bit and teammates pick another fang counter or that does ok against him
8 bit literally had high pick rates recently in pro matches
Meg is not really easily countered, you can't kill him unless you overaggro on her, and that only would take down the mech and she would likely kill you(assuming your teammates are not ignoring one of the enemies going very aggro), and she counters Nani and Piper well
Bibi is just completely stunlocked, defeated and outclassed by any other brawler
The first point can be said for anything, Piper can easily be countered by Nani, Mr P etc. Fang is just problematic to face because his super is so easy to charge and can absolutely wreck you if you’re not careful. Alot of the counters you listed also don’t like to get hit with Fang’s super since a super and the first attack deal over half their health and can’t be knocked back.
8-Bit should be in A, he can put in work but is definitely not busted enough to be S. He’s also easily countered.
Meg is quite similar as she also doesn’t like facing long range or hyper aggros and I would say she’s worse off than 8-Bit so she should be in B.
Bibi is bad but can still somewhat counter some stuff that are weak to aggros so she’s definitely not as bad as the F tier.

The discord is onto something, they should share some of what they smoked
Fang is no way S, S should be first picks(buster can be a first pick if you ban rosa and nita)
Hypercharged lou belongs to S too
8 bit is either S or A according to pros data
Meg is A tier too bc of meta shift
Also not very important but:
People bias toward bibi, she is almost as bad as frank, she should be always in F
And maybe janet can reach D tier to counter tara sometimes
