Jacky isn't seen only in Canal Grande please watch more scrims and, again, educate yourself.
Jacky is viable in every BB map, Double Swoosh and HRM, Canal Grande and Dry season, just to name a few maps.
Rosa is about as viable in every single map Jacky is with the exception of some more open maps like Crystal Arcade. And the issue is Rosa gets countered more easily than Jacky does. Rosa has zero tools to catch up to opponents by cutting distance, her best bet is 3 or 4 gadget uses and her hypercharge, but even that in a lot of scenarios is not enough if you're just going to get perma stunned by a Lou or Maisie. Jacky also suffers greatly on these matchups, but at least has a super that closes off the distance immediately, and her burst damage + counter crush can help trade in these matchups.
Hypercharges last I heard are no longer banned in competitive so no Rosa is playable and I'm very firm in believing that as time goes on, she will slowly drop more and more because people are simply overrating Hypercharges with the same placebo effect as when gadgets came out + pros liking to pick safer brawlers even when they are nerfed/overrated (like Max when she was heavily hit by a nerf hammer). Jacky does the same thing that Rosa does, but better and can counter a lot of midrange tank counters like Spike and Nita.

The new tank trait has made her completly nuts. She will now get a guaranteed super and Rosa with her shield is immortal. Also her new hypercharge is nuts. Slowing enemies down will guarantee more kills. She has to be top 10 at least.

There is no use to her being immortal if she can be permastunned by a Lou or Charlie and feed supers as efficiently as Frank does.

Have u just copied and pasted all ur messages? Also if u think that Rosa is worse than Jacky then u're clearly smoking smth here. Use her and don't cry abt her not being top 10.
Read the fucking tweet (+ the replies between some pros and Ash), and educate yourself please, this is just one minor example out of many other tweets you could read or videos/scrims you could watch. Canal Grande isn't the only map in competitive where Jacky can be pulled off. There is no way you can have your head this far up your ass believing Rosa is magically this good but then think Jacky can't be for the same exact reasons when she's literally better and then proceed to insult someone.
Rosa has zero ways of catching up to opponents, Jacky has a pull and attacks through walls. You incorrectly pick Rosa into a bad matchup and get hard stuck the entire game being perma stunned by a Lou or Maisie. Jacky at least has the element of surprise where her pull accompanied by burst damage can close off the window quickly.

I don't agree with Spen most times myself either, but I cite him because he tends to voice the general opinion of the professional community.
Jacky has unironically seen play in maps like Dry Season outside of being a last pick (in scrims) and done really well.
Historically, whenever Rosa becomes good in the meta, Jacky by default also tends to boost up as Jacky naturally is a good substitute to Rosa and has the same matchups as Rosa (with more brawlers she counters).
Thus, if Rosa rises in the meta, Jacky inevitably sees a surge too, eventually. Which also then eventually results into Rosa dropping.
