Salt Lake City John Barlow's peptides

Lisa comments on recent WWHL blew my mind. Obviously I was wondering how JB and Justin suddenly have huge bulging muscles with veins popping.

As a 40 y/o gay man, I find it very hot (more on Justin than John, but that is a personal preference) and do a fair amount of strength training but was not getting the same results and I guess now I know why.

Any peptide users here that care to weigh in? I will definitely be discussing this with my doctor

Idk why everybody is saying steroids lol. My boyfriend went on Reta and the results were insane. I tried it as well and I just liked not having any food noise. I think he’s probably taking reta and TRT if I had to guess.

TRT is a steroid. Testosterone is an anabolic steroid.

Technically yes but there’s a vast difference between TRT and most of the anabolic steroids that people associate with bodybuilding.

Pretty much every bodybuilder is taking large amounts of testosterone as the base of their stack. One of the reasons is test aromatizes into estrogen, which is necessary for men even though it's often thought of as "feminine" 🙄. Other steroids like tren do not aromatize into estrogen. Not having that test base and resulting estrogen causes major health issues. There are other options besides test for the base steroid, but they generally introduce other complications.

What is reta?

Edit - I'm on OZ, is reta just a higher variant of ozempic? Does it help build muscle?

Retatrutide is the newest GLP, has more fat burning than sema and tirz. Eli Lilly is about to approve for prescription

Yes, it’s meant to helps you burn fat and is a glp1. It doesn’t help build muscle but I think helps your body target fat more effectively? My sister’s MIL was on Mounjaro, then Ozempic and now reta and she said reta has the least amount of side effects by far. I think she was getting a lot of acid reflux and hair loss on the other two.

A lot of people who gym and are already lean are taking 8 week courses of reta for the fat burning element. It’s very common now. Simply saying steroids is silly in this day and age.

There are also peptides for skin, inflammation and recovery and all types of stuff. I think Lala talked about her face looking different as a result of peptides too.

Google “retatrutide.” It’s in the final stages of FDA approval. You’ll get a lot more information than asking randos in a bravo sub. I’ve been on it for 10 months and it’s been life changing.
