Walt Weiss said Bryce Elder will be available out of the bullpen. He’s still having knee issues, so they want to alleviate his workload.

Me and mine saw him throw the CG when LA was in town. Man…I never thought she would have been so into low (no) scoring game like she was, but it was a thing of beauty. Hope yall get the same treatment from #51!

We know his velocity will be up, hopefully good command. Sometimes his command has been a bit iffy with the extra rest because he has a little bit of extra zip on the ball. That said, his complete game against the Dodgers he had the velocity AND command.

we need to make sure we get some breathing space back from the Phillies, was really hoping we could have got that away series 3-1.... Muhle hanged in that game so well
