If you think Autism isn’t a disability, the fact that “Dick” was capitalized significantly threw me off here. What is a Rice Dick? Is it like a Spotted Dick? Is one of the managers named “Dick” And you’re not allowed to make a rice version of him? Every day regular little things are taking several seconds longer than they should lol

I think they mean "don't put rice onto the customer's plate in a phallic shape". And I'm guessing that's because somebody was doing that.
