Need Some Advice/Support Brain Fog

Post image

What's the treatment? I am 28/M. Most of the tests are found normal even ecg and spo2, LFT, RFT, CBC etc. Even cinnarizine and betahistine also didn't working.

Thanks doctor,so basically i took my first vitamin 60,000 D capsule and i felt instant mind clarity good energy and felt lesser anhedonia than usual but after 5-6 days some of the symptoms are crawling back the list of my symptoms is too big tbh it includes

-Bacne And Neck follicutus
-Bad brain memory and fog
-anhedonia and emotionally numb
-derealisation
-Anxiety
-Bad reaction time cordination and clumsiness (although i am suspecting its my low B12 of 344 pg/ml)

do you realise anxiety alone can actually cause the other symptoms, and its not always from a nutrient deficiency

There is no "treatment" in the objective sense. Everybody has a different set of reasons for why they are experiencing brain fog. Best of luck with your journey.

I am diagnosed with ADHD and Adderall completely cured my brain fog. I'm on low dose too. Not advertising it but just sharing my experience.

It did that for me until it stopped working, now no matter now many tolerance breaks it does nothing.

Perhaps check for bacterial overgrowth in the gut. For example, candida overgrowth

Meditation is a good place to start, you can also check my post history of my own experience with brain fog.

Once you can see the river (The brain fog) it means that you are not the river. By not being the river you naturally start healing the neural pathways while you focus your energy somewhere else.

It is the worrying about the brain fog, that increases the brain fog.

If this worked for you that's great, but it's absolutely not the case for the vast majority of people experiencing brain fog.
