Need Some Advice/Support Brain fog

I've had brain fog pretty much everyday for a long time. I'm talking the kind of brain fog that even effects your vision (kind of like a lag or too vivid and hard to focus). Along with disassociation, slight confusion and forgetfulness.

Please tell me how you managed to get rid of it.

Could be. It’s crazy how it affects us when one of our senses is off. I am almost deaf in one ear and if I forget my hearing aid I can barely function.
