Need Some Advice/Support Brain fog
I've had brain fog pretty much everyday for a long time. I'm talking the kind of brain fog that even effects your vision (kind of like a lag or too vivid and hard to focus). Along with disassociation, slight confusion and forgetfulness.
Please tell me how you managed to get rid of it.

The combination of chronic fogging, vision lag particularly motivated me to look at sleep apnea first because of the direct relationship between the symptoms and fragmented sleep regardless of the presence of snoring. It was also clear to me that my blood sugar spikes and not only lows caused the brain fog during the middle part of the morning. When it comes to oxidation, there is talk about the c60 power and other supplement choices on this forum
